Old Swan Library Garden Design Site

On February 13th the Irish Roads Residents Association took part in a design day to plan a new garden for the Old Swan Library. Those that took part had an enjoyable and creative day. One member said
"Great day, very interesting, and useful."

Construction
The implementation of the garden has been funded by United Utilities through their United Futures Programme,
by MWDA through Greening Greater Merseyside, part of the Landfill Tax Credit scheme.
